Sophie Adams (1997, Boston, MA) is a photographer whose work explores themes of bodily autonomy and healing through cinematic portraiture. After studying interdisciplinary, technology-focused arts in Colorado, she returned to the Boston area, where she maintains a studio in Central Square, Cambridge. Self-employed, she collaborates with a high-fashion boutique on Beacon Hill and works with clients including Compass and, previously, NASA. She balances her independent practice with her role as Membership & Visitor Services Manager at the Griffin Museum of Photography.
