Growing from her decades of Astrophotography and docu-style event & portraiture work, Sophie was commissioned by NASA to document the 2023 - 2024 eclipses across the nation. Sophie traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico to document the Annular Eclipse on October 14th, 2023 during the 50th Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta and to Lampasas, Texas to document the Total Eclipse on April 8th, 2024. Her photos will be used in marketing campaigns and planetarium shows for years to come.
